What does ARUSIQ cost?
It depends on the size of your business and how much of the platform you use. Send us an enquiry and we will talk it through with you.
Is the platform available now?
Parts of it are in pilot and parts are still in development. Each service on our What We Do page carries its current status. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
What if we already use other software?
That is normal, and we build around it. We would rather connect to an accounting system or a stock system that already works than ask you to replace it.
Do you compete with us?
No. We do not sell, install or service air-conditioning equipment, and we have no plans to. We build software for the companies that do.
Where is our data held, and who can see it?
Each client's data is held separately from every other client's. Your records are yours.
Do we have to take all nine service areas?
No. Some companies start with one — usually the part that hurts most — and add others later. The platform is built so the pieces work together when you are ready.
Do you supply the hardware?
The platform works with a device fitted to the equipment. We will explain the options when we understand what you are monitoring.
Do you offer rent-to-own or financing?
We provide the software that lets you run rent-to-own, subscription and service-contract billing for your own customers. We do not finance equipment ourselves.
Which countries do you work in?
We are based in Malaysia and that is our first market. Talk to us if you are elsewhere in Southeast Asia.
